Latvian Logistics Association
Latvian Logistics Association is a voluntary association of legal entities and private individuals in Latvia. Its vision is to increase international competitiveness of the Latvian logistics sector. Organizations and specialists in the fields of logistics and customs have joined Latvian Logistics Association with a goal to promote international trade, to ensure safe and reliable cargo flow through Latvia and to develop logistics and customs brokers’ activities in Latvia.
Role in COMBINE:
In COMBINE, Latvian Logistics Association participates in the production of all work packages, contributing mainly to the following activities: Concept for national and international combined transport chains within the BSR, Innovative last mile solutions to strengthen combined transport, Benchmarking of existing combined transport funding schemes, Non-financial support to boost combined transport in the BSR as well as Analysis of rail/terminal regulation, both EU and national, to establish open access and fair competition.
